In the event of account termination or suspension, all Virtual Items will be forfeited. Virtual Items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If Vegas Slots Club provides a subscription plan for recurring payments, including access to Services and Virtual Items, by purchasing the subscription, you agree that you are requesting immediate access to these Services. Your subscription will begin as soon as your initial payment is successfully processed. It will then automatically renew at your selected interval without any further notice until you choose to cancel. You also authorize us to securely store your payment details and charge your chosen payment method at the start of each renewal period, including applicable taxes, until you cancel the subscription.
Vegas Slots Club reserves the right to adjust the subscription rate for renewal terms and will notify you of any changes, providing the option to cancel if you do not agree with the new pricing. If taxes or duties change during your subscription, the adjusted tax-inclusive price will apply on your next billing cycle. Vegas Slots Club may also update or modify the items or services included in your subscription at its discretion.
If your payment method fails, your subscription may be temporarily suspended until you update your payment information. You can modify your payment details anytime through the payment settings in your account.
A small charge of $1 (or local equivalent) may be applied to your payment method to validate it, and this will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the payment settings in the relevant game. Please note that any payments already processed are non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
If you reside in a country within the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you are entitled to withdraw from your subscription purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date. This right of withdrawal expires once the 14-day period has passed.
Please note that this right does not apply to subscription renewals or the purchase of Virtual Items.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear written notice of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
