How does the Self-Exclusion process work?
To initiate the process, complete the necessary information after selecting Self-Exclusion. This request must be made for your account only; you cannot request Self-Exclusion for another player.
Once the request is verified, you will receive a confirmation email. If verification fails, we may ask additional questions. If we are unable to verify your request, it may not be processed. If you played as a guest, we might be unable to identify you for all Eligible Games, but we’ll attempt to exclude you from the applicable ones.
We may use the information we have about you, including personal details, account information, and DeviceID, to process your request.
How long will it take to complete the Self-Exclusion process?
We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe after verification. Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent. If you continue using your account during the verification period, you are responsible for any activity, such as purchases, and no refunds will be provided for such activity.
How long does Self-Exclusion last?
Self-Exclusion lasts from the date it is completed and continues indefinitely unless you request reactivation after one calendar year from the original request date. During the exclusion period, you are prohibited from creating a new account using different names or information. Reactivation requires a verification process.
Can you change your mind or reverse a Self-Excluded account?
The Self-Exclusion status cannot be modified or reversed once set. The only exception is reactivation after one calendar year, as described above.
What happens to my coins, balance, rewards, and related account items during the Self-Exclusion Period?
Your account will remain inactive during the Self-Exclusion Period. Upon reactivation, your balance, coins, credits, and game level will be reinstated. However, no refunds or transfers are allowed during the period. Any loyalty credits or rewards that expire during the Self-Exclusion Period will not be reinstated.
Will I still see Vegas Slots Club games on my devices during the Self-Exclusion Period?
We recommend deleting all installations of Eligible Games from your devices, as we cannot perform this action for you. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Support. Attempting to re-enter your account during the Self-Exclusion Period, such as by redownloading the game, is not permitted, and Vegas Slots Club will not be responsible for such actions.
Will Vegas Slots Club still have my account information during the Self-Exclusion Period?
We will retain certain data during the Self-Exclusion Period as described in our Privacy Notice. We will make reasonable efforts not to send marketing material for Eligible Games during this time, but if you receive any, please notify Customer Support immediately.
